In August 2024, we traveled to Kampala with our family to work with Namugongo Basketball Program, founded by Keith Mugabe, a member of the Ugandan Men's National Team.

We got ready by collecting clothing for kids, basketball nets, shoes, and basketballs that we brought down with us.

​

We had the opportunity to workout with the Ugandan Men's National Team and run a clinic for about 150 schoolchildren, including about 40 girls. ​
